Our services

Menopause care designed around you

You deserve time to share what you are experiencing and ask the questions on your mind. Your 60-minute video consultation is a chance for us to get to know you, explore your concerns and talk through care options together. We welcome women located in Utah.

Who we serve

A place to talk about what you are experiencing

Whether changes are just beginning or you have been perimenopausal for years, you are welcome here. We listen to women navigating perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, with space for the questions and concerns that matter to you.

  • Hot flashes and night sweats
  • Sleep disturbances and fatigue
  • Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
  • Mood changes and irritability
  • Vaginal dryness and painful intercourse
  • Changes in sexual desire
  • Bone-health and osteoporosis concerns
  • Questions about hormone therapy

You are also welcome to bring questions about early or premature menopause and primary ovarian insufficiency (POI). We will take time to understand your experience. Because symptoms can have causes other than menopause, we will talk with you about when further evaluation or another specialist may be helpful.

What we offer

Thoughtful care, shaped around you

Menopause hormone therapy

If you are wondering whether hormone therapy could be right for you, we can explore that together. We consider your symptoms, health history and preferences, and explain the potential benefits, risks and alternatives to estrogen and progesterone. Hormone therapy is not right for everyone.

Testosterone consultations

Changes in sexual desire can feel personal and difficult to bring up. You are welcome to talk about them here. For some women with distressing low sexual desire, testosterone may be considered after an individual evaluation and a conversation about benefits, risks and monitoring. It is not a routine treatment for every menopause symptom.

Vaginal and sexual health

Your comfort and sexual well-being deserve attention. We welcome conversations about vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, menopause-related urinary concerns and changes in desire. Together, we can discuss local hormone therapies, nonhormonal options or further evaluation when appropriate.

Bone health and osteoporosis

If you have questions about bone health or osteoporosis, we can help you understand the next steps. We review your history and individual risks, then discuss bone-density screening, testing, treatment recommendations or specialist care when appropriate.

Individualized laboratory testing

Testing should have a clear purpose in your care. We will explain when a test may help us understand your symptoms, look for other causes, assess treatment safety or monitor medication. Broad hormone panels are not automatically needed for everyone.

Sleep, stress and movement

Small, realistic steps can fit more comfortably into everyday life. During your medical visit, we may talk about sleep, stress and movement in ways that respect your abilities and circumstances. We offer personalized guidance, not individualized workout programs, detailed meal plans or ongoing nutrition and fitness coaching. If you would benefit from more support, we may suggest an appropriately qualified professional.

What we do not offer

You deserve support for all aspects of your health. Our focus is menopause care, alongside the primary care, routine gynecologic care and other specialist care you may need. Here is where your other healthcare providers remain an important part of your care team.

Routine primary care

Your primary care provider is an important part of your care team. While we support you through menopause, please continue seeing them for annual checkups, preventive care and other medical needs.

Routine gynecologic procedures

Please continue seeing your gynecologic care provider for Pap tests, routine pelvic examinations, IUD procedures and recommended screenings. We do not perform these procedures at Beloved, but they remain an important part of your overall care.

Urgent or emergency care

When a concern needs urgent attention, it is important to get care right away. Beloved does not provide urgent or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Specialized psychiatric care

Your emotional well-being matters. We can talk about mood, sleep and concentration in the context of menopause, while recognizing when more specialized support may be helpful. Formal ADHD evaluations, comprehensive psychiatric assessments and specialized psychiatric medication management are provided by mental health professionals outside our practice.

Structured fitness or nutrition programs

You do not need to take on a complicated wellness routine to come to Beloved. We can discuss practical recommendations, but we do not provide personal training, supervised workouts, detailed exercise schedules, meal plans, calorie tracking or ongoing nutrition coaching. When helpful, we may suggest a qualified professional for that support.

Pellets and unrelated controlled medications

We want you to feel comfortable asking about your medication options. Beloved does not provide implanted hormone pellets or prescribe controlled medications outside our defined testosterone treatment scope. You can read more about our medication approach on The Beloved Difference page.
