Membership is $35/week, billed $280 every 8 weeks. Each paid cycle adds one prepaid 45-minute Member Visit credit. Unused credits accumulate and do not expire.

No. Marisa has opted out of Medicare. You pay for visits directly, and Medicare will not reimburse you for these visits, even if you submit a receipt or superbill yourself.
