Four steps, start to ongoing care
Book your Initial Consultation
Purchase the $349 Initial Consultation and choose an available appointment time. Your appointment is not booked or confirmed until payment succeeds.
Complete your secure intake
Fill out your intake through the patient portal before your visit. No waiting-room clipboard, and you can do it on your own time.
Your comprehensive first visit
During your 60-minute first visit, we’ll review your medical history, your current concerns, and treatments you’ve tried, including what has and hasn’t worked for you. We’ll order a DXA scan to assess your bone health and any lab testing needed to guide your care.
Choose how you continue
Purchase a $149 Pay-per-visit Follow-up or choose Ongoing-care Membership at $35/week, billed $280 every 8 weeks. Purchasing the Initial Consultation gives you access to these options in your secure portal. Your visit is where you discuss appropriate next steps with Marisa.

Prefer to meet in person sometimes? In-person visits available every other Tuesday in South Jordan.

A device with camera & mic
A phone, tablet, or computer works, whatever you're most comfortable with.
A stable internet connection
Wi-Fi or cellular data both work fine for a smooth video visit.
A private, quiet space
Anywhere you can talk freely for about an hour, without interruption.

You'll get a simple link through your portal or email, just click and join.

- Visits are cash-pay. Membership is optional.
- Video visits or in-person appointments are available.
Know the limits
This specialty practice does not replace your primary care doctor or provide urgent care. If you need visits billed directly through insurance, our cash-pay model may not fit your needs.
